Open House (Regular School Day)

Prospective families are invited to hear a presentation from Mr. Young and the Development committee and have a personal tour of the school.  There are two sessions: 11am-noon or 7-8pm.  Application packages for 2019-2020 will be available.

Parent Teacher Conferences – 11:55am Dismissal

All parents are invited to see their child(ren)'s teachers to discuss their child(ren)'s progress so far.  K-Grad 4 parents may sign up for a 15 minute appointment with their child's main teacher.  As Grade 5-7 students have several different teachers, those teachers will be available for parents to drop in and spend a few minutes ... Fall AGM

Committee and Principal's reports will be presented.  New board members will be introduced and new roles for board members will be announced.

Term 1 Report Cards

Your child will bring home their term 1 report card.  Please read it, sign the envelope and send the envelope back home with your child.

Pastors’ Chapel and Brunch

Invite your pastor to our pastor's chapel and brunch, a long-time tradition here at DCS.  All Delta and Richmond church are invited to send a pastor to this event, as well as pastors of any other churches that our families attend.

Pink Shirt Day

Students may wear a pink shirt and any other pink clothing item they like in support of the anti-bullying initiative begun by high school students in Nova Scotia in 2007.  Official shirts are available through various retailers but they are not required.  Any pink shirt is accepted.
