Students in the primary grades k – 3 have no regular homework, other than spelling practice or Bible memory work. A home reading program is encouraged on a daily basis.
Homework is expected for the intermediate grades 4 to 7. This may include completing daily assignments, review and study for tests, working on long-term assignments and preparing for future tasks. A reasonable guideline for the amount of time spent on homework would be about 10 minutes times the grade your child is in.
