Giselle Martyres, Educational Assistant
I am a recent resident of beautiful British Columbia, having moved here from
Ontario in April 2021. Over the past 25 years, I have been blessed to carry out
various fulfilling roles such as Child and Youth Counsellor, Educational
Assistant, Behaviour Interventionist and Independent Learning Facilitator.
I currently live in Tsawwassen, where I enjoy daily nature walks, bike riding,
going to the beach, playing various sports, photography, reading, and writing
poetry.
When I am not enjoying my leisure time, I am fulfilling my vocation, and doing
what I am most passionate about. Developing caring and trusting relationships
with learners of varying needs, strengths and gifts; while providing the support
required to facilitate the achievement of each child’s goals as students, and
beacons of light.
I feel truly blessed, to soon be a part of the team at Delta Christian School,
equipping all children for life, in servanthood and as a faith community.
